Intense purplish red in color, aromas of black plum explode on the nose, accompanied by floral touches of violets and a particular note of jarilla typical of the terroir. It is a pleasant entry wine and a great expression of blackberry and tobacco flavors, excellent freshness and a delicate mineral finish.

Manual harvest in January and March; combination of grapes from the different sectors of Zonda, with a percentage of the La Ciénaga vineyard appearing at more than 1,450 meters above sea level. The wine, after pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours, ferments in stainless steel tanks without aging in wood to preserve all its intensity, purity of fruit and freshness.
