Intense violet red; with aromas of ripe fruits such as plums and figs combined with warm spices such as cinnamon and black pepper. In the mouth it is sweet, intense, broad and long-lasting. Its remarkable acidity refreshes and integrates its journey in the mouth.

WINEMAKING
Late manual harvest, at 1350 meters above sea level, in La Ciénaga highland farm. 96 hours cold maceration; fermentation with mild selected yeasts. It goes through barrels for 6 months.
