LUZ DE LUNA

In the Santa Sylvia and La Leona farms, 100 hectares were selected for the planting of high quality olive trees of the Arbequina, Changlot, Coratina, Frantoio, Arauco and Barnea varieties. To guarantee the best results, selective pruning, nutritional applications are carried out and the right moment is waited to harvest. The production, of outstanding qualities and high fat content, is highly valued by oil producers in our country and Brazil. A small quantity is reserved to produce an extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed, under the Luz de Luna brand.

In 1998, a four-hectare collection park was designed, which concentrates a great variety of olive groves.
